All sales are final once an order has been placed.<\/p><p>Safes are heavy, sensitive-security products that require secure handling, specialised transport, and cannot be resold once opened or delivered. For this reason, we strictly do not allow returns for change of mind, wrong purchase, sizing errors, colour preference, or any other non-defect related reasons.<\/p><h3><strong>Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h3><p>If your item arrives damaged or defective, please inspect the parcel immediately while the courier is still present. Any damage must be reported within <strong>24 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of delivery.<\/p><p>Please provide the following:<\/p><ol><li>Clear photo of the damaged area<\/li><li>Photo of the consignment note<\/li><li>Photo of the outer packaging<\/li><li>Order number and contact details<\/li><\/ol><p>Email all information stated above to <strong>sales@chubbsafesmalaysia.com<\/strong>.
