Bhd.).<br \/><strong>By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.<\/strong><\/p><div><h3><strong>1. Delivery Coverage<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Delivery is available throughout Peninsular Malaysia.<\/li><li>Delivery to Sabah &amp; Sarawak is subject to special quotation and availability.<\/li><li>Delivery to PO Boxes is not supported.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>2. Delivery Scope &amp; Limitations<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Delivery includes transportation and placement at ground floor or lift-accessible floors.<\/li><li>No on-site tutorial, installation, or operation guidance is provided by delivery personnel.<\/li><li>Delivery may be refused if the environment is unsafe or inaccessible.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>3. Handling Charges (Stairs, Steps &amp; Obstacles)<\/strong><\/h3><p>Due to the heavy nature of safes, handling charges apply under certain conditions:<\/p><ul><li><strong>1st Floor, 2nd Floor, and 3rd Floor<\/strong> handling charges must be selected accurately during checkout.<\/li><li>Any steps, stairs, or elevation changes, <strong>even small steps at ground floor<\/strong>\u00a0are chargeable.<\/li><li><strong>Put on shelving (below 85cm)<\/strong>. Shelving above 85 cm is not included in our service scope.<\/li><li>Obstacles including slopes, uneven flooring, tight corridors, raised platforms, and restricted paths may incur additional fees.<\/li><li>If actual site conditions differ from what was declared, delivery will be paused until additional payment is made.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>4. Bolting &amp; Anchoring Services<\/strong><\/h3><ul style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.7; color: #000; text-align: justify; padding-left: 20px;\"><li>Some Chubbsafes models include bolts; however, bolting or anchoring services are <strong>not included<\/strong> in the product price.<\/li><li>Bolting services are chargeable and must be added at the time of placing the order.<\/li><li>Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decline bolting if the flooring is unsafe, unsuitable, or structurally inappropriate for drilling.<\/li><li>Customers must ensure the installation surface is level, safe, and structurally sound before requesting bolting.<\/li><li>Surfaces such as tiles, marble, wooden flooring, post-tension slabs, raised floors, or areas with hidden wiring\/piping must be assessed by the customer beforehand.<\/li><li>Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any damage to tiles, flooring, or underlying structures during drilling.<\/li><li>Customers are responsible for obtaining building-management\/strata approval before drilling works begin.<\/li><li>Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for damage caused by hidden cables, reinforcement bars, or piping that are not disclosed or visible.<\/li><li>If bolting cannot proceed due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions, a call-out fee may still apply.<\/li><li>All bolting fees must be fully paid before any appointment is scheduled.<\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"829\"><strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"827\">5. Delivery Lead Time<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"900\">Delivery lead time varies based on location and logistics arrangement:<\/p><ul data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1325\"><li data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1007\"><p data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1007\"><strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"932\">Kuala Lumpur &amp; Selangor:<\/strong> Estimated delivery within <strong data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"977\">7 working days<\/strong> after payment confirmation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1137\"><p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1137\"><strong data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1054\">Other states within Peninsular Malaysia:<\/strong> Estimated delivery within <strong data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1092\">30 days<\/strong> depending on stock, route, and scheduling.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1325\"><p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1325\"><strong data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1176\">Sabah &amp; Sarawak (East Malaysia):<\/strong> Delivery available <strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1217\">by quotation only<\/strong>, subject to special freight arrangement, or customers may opt for their own third-party logistics provider.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1469\">Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, traffic conditions, weather, manpower availability, or unforeseen delays. <strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"991\">For out-of-stock or backorder items, please refer to the product page for the latest ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).<\/strong><\/p><h3><strong>6. Delivery Scheduling<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Delivery will be arranged after payment confirmation and verification of handling options.<\/li><li>We are unable to accommodate special request for delivery, such as call in advance, deliver on specific date\/time.<\/li><li>Delivery dates are subject to logistics scheduling and manpower availability.<\/li><li>Delays may occur due to external conditions beyond our control.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>7. Product Inspection Upon Delivery<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Customers are encouraged to inspect the safe during delivery.<\/li><li>Any damage must be reported within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> with supporting images or videos.<\/li><li>Reports after 24 hours will be considered as goods received in good condition.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>10.
