Due to the nature of our products, Chubbsafes Malaysia does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for any reason other than product defect or damage upon delivery. All sales are final once an order has been placed.
Safes are heavy, sensitive-security products that require secure handling, specialised transport, and cannot be resold once opened or delivered. For this reason, we strictly do not allow returns for change of mind, wrong purchase, sizing errors, colour preference, or any other non-defect related reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please inspect the parcel immediately while the courier is still present. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide the following:
Clear photo of the damaged area
Photo of the consignment note
Photo of the outer packaging
Order number and contact details
Email all information stated above to sales@chubbsafesmalaysia.com. We will advise the next steps depending on the severity of the issue.

The original packaging must be retained until the case is resolved.
Used products, installed safes, or items moved after delivery are not eligible for claims.
Orders made via third-party sellers or marketplaces are not covered under this policy unless stated.
