at its sole discretion whenever deemed necessary, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication
without further notification. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
2. Product Information
Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. strives to present product specifications, measurements, descriptions and images
with as much accuracy as reasonably possible. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances,
lighting conditions, environmental factors or differences in display screens. All product dimensions, weight data,
capacity listings and technical specifications are provided as approximations meant solely for customer reference.
Availability of products is subject to stock levels and operational scheduling, and estimated arrival timelines
may change due to supply chain factors beyond our control.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on this website are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd.
reserves the right to review, adjust or modify pricing without prior announcement. Full payment must be completed
before any delivery arrangement can be scheduled. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct handling charges
during checkout, including stair-carry fees, special-access fees or any additional manpower required based on site conditions.
Incorrect selection or omission may result in delays or additional charges imposed prior to delivery.
4. Order Confirmation
When placing an order, the customer confirms that all information submitted at checkout is accurate, complete and final.
Such information includes but is not limited to the delivery address, floor level, access pathway, lift condition,
stair details, contact information and product selection. Orders are deemed confirmed once payment is received.
No cancellation, modification, replacement or redirection of any confirmed order is permitted for any reason.
Inaccurate details may cause delays, additional fees or a refusal to deliver.
5. Delivery and Handling
Delivery operations shall follow the official Shipping Policy of Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. Delivery lead time
varies according to region, logistical availability and product readiness, and may extend due to unexpected operational circumstances.
Standard delivery covers ground-floor or lift-access locations only. Any obstacles such as stairs, steps, slopes, narrow pathways,
uneven ground or restricted access areas will require additional handling fees. Should actual site conditions differ from the
information submitted by the customer, delivery may be postponed or additional charges imposed prior to proceeding. Delivery personnel
are responsible solely for transportation and product placement; they are not required to provide operational training or product demonstrations.
6. Bolting and Anchoring Services
Some Chubbsafes models include bolts, but bolting or anchoring services are not included by default.
Any request for bolting is subject to additional charges and must be added at the time of placing the order.
Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decline or reject any bolting service if the flooring
is found to be unsuitable, unsafe or structurally inappropriate for drilling, or for any other operational reason.
Customers must ensure that the installation surface is safe, level and structurally sound before requesting
the service. Surfaces such as marble, tiles, post-tension slabs, raised flooring, wooden flooring, or any
area that may contain concealed electrical wiring or plumbing should be properly assessed by the customer
prior to drilling. Any damage to flooring, tiles, finishes or underlying structures that occurs during the
bolting process is not the responsibility of Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd.
Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from building management before any drilling
works can be performed. Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. and its technicians shall not be held liable for
damages caused by hidden cables, piping, reinforcement bars or structural elements that are not visible or
disclosed during inspection. If bolting cannot be completed due to safety concerns, restricted access or
unsuitable conditions, the service fee may still apply as a call-out charge. All bolting services must be
fully paid before any appointment is arranged.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure that all provided information is correct and that the delivery environment is safe, unobstructed and suitable
for transporting heavy items. Adequate space must be prepared in advance for product placement. The customer or an authorised representative
must be present during the scheduled delivery time. Inspection of the product must be performed upon delivery, and any concerns should
be reported immediately. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may lead to delays, additional fees or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
8. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of high-security safes, which are heavy, specialised and non-resellable, Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. does not accept
returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances except in cases where the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Any claim must be submitted within two (2) days of receipt, supported with clear photographic and video evidence. Products that have been used,
installed, relocated, altered or mishandled are strictly not eligible for any form of claim. Full details are provided in the official Return Policy.
9. Warranty
All Chubbsafes products distributed by Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the respective
product pages. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not extend to wear and tear, misuse, negligence, environmental damage,
corrosion, improper installation or unauthorised modifications. Warranty claims may require inspection and verification by authorised personnel,
and customers must comply with all provided procedures for claim processing.
10. Lost Keys, Forgotten Codes and Service Charges
Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for lost keys, misplaced override keys, forgotten passwords or lockout incidents.
Customers may request replacement keys, code-reset services or technician assistance, all of which will be subject to additional charges.
Service appointments will be arranged based on technician availability and geographical coverage.
11. Order Cancellation
All sales are final. No cancellation, no amendments to customer details and no redirection of delivery address are permitted after an order
has been placed. This policy applies regardless of stock status, payment method, lead time or delivery scheduling. Customers are encouraged
to verify all information carefully before confirming their purchase.
12. Limitation of Liability
Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for delays caused by external circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather,
unforeseen operational issues, customer unavailability, inaccurate information, or access limitations. We shall not be responsible for any
property damage resulting from unsafe site conditions or inadequate space preparation. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable
for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from any purchase or delivery.
