This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the terms of purchase for all orders made through Chubbsafes Malaysia (Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd.). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery is available throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
Delivery to Sabah & Sarawak is subject to special quotation and availability.
Delivery to PO Boxes is not supported.
2. Delivery Scope & Limitations
Delivery includes transportation and placement at ground floor or lift-accessible floors.
No on-site tutorial, installation, or operation guidance is provided by delivery personnel.
Delivery may be refused if the environment is unsafe or inaccessible.
3. Handling Charges (Stairs, Steps & Obstacles)
Due to the heavy nature of safes, handling charges apply under certain conditions:
1st Floor, 2nd Floor, and 3rd Floor handling charges must be selected accurately during checkout.
Any steps, stairs, or elevation changes, even small steps at ground floor are chargeable.
Put on shelving (below 85cm). Shelving above 85 cm is not included in our service scope.
Obstacles including slopes, uneven flooring, tight corridors, raised platforms, and restricted paths may incur additional fees.
If actual site conditions differ from what was declared, delivery will be paused until additional payment is made.
4. Bolting & Anchoring Services
Some Chubbsafes models include bolts; however, bolting or anchoring services are not included in the product price.
Bolting services are chargeable and must be added at the time of placing the order.
Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decline bolting if the flooring is unsafe, unsuitable, or structurally inappropriate for drilling.
Customers must ensure the installation surface is level, safe, and structurally sound before requesting bolting.
Surfaces such as tiles, marble, wooden flooring, post-tension slabs, raised floors, or areas with hidden wiring/piping must be assessed by the customer beforehand.
Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any damage to tiles, flooring, or underlying structures during drilling.
Customers are responsible for obtaining building-management/strata approval before drilling works begin.
Igreen Office Furniture Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for damage caused by hidden cables, reinforcement bars, or piping that are not disclosed or visible.
If bolting cannot proceed due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions, a call-out fee may still apply.
All bolting fees must be fully paid before any appointment is scheduled.
5. Delivery Lead Time
Delivery lead time varies based on location and logistics arrangement:
Kuala Lumpur & Selangor: Estimated delivery within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
Other states within Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 30 days depending on stock, route, and scheduling.
Sabah & Sarawak (East Malaysia): Delivery available by quotation only, subject to special freight arrangement, or customers may opt for their own third-party logistics provider.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, traffic conditions, weather, manpower availability, or unforeseen delays. For out-of-stock or backorder items, please refer to the product page for the latest ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
6. Delivery Scheduling
Delivery will be arranged after payment confirmation and verification of handling options.
We are unable to accommodate special request for delivery, such as call in advance, deliver on specific date/time.
Delivery dates are subject to logistics scheduling and manpower availability.
Delays may occur due to external conditions beyond our control.
7. Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
Re-delivery fees will be applied if:
Customer is not available at the agreed delivery time.
Incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
Building security denies access.
Handling requirements selected during checkout do not match actual site conditions.
8. Delivery Refusal
The delivery team may refuse delivery for the following reasons:
Unsafe working conditions or risk of injury.
Obstacles exceed safe handling limits.
High-risk placement requests by the customer.
Incorrect handling information provided.
9. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the safe during delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with supporting images or videos.
Reports after 24 hours will be considered as goods received in good condition.
10. Delivery Restrictions
Delivery to high floors without a functional lift for heavy items may not be possible.
Restricted or narrow access areas may require additional manpower or special arrangements.
Crane or hoisting services (if required) are chargeable separately.
11. Changes to Delivery Information
Changes to delivery address or time must be submitted within 24 hours after order placed.
Last-minute changes may not be accepted and may incur additional charges.
